My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Oaken is a male red and white husky with blue eyes brought in as a court case due to owner neglect. He is now available for adoption or rescue. He did have a seizure while at the shelter and was taken to the vet. He never did seizure again while there and no further testing was done to see the cause. He has not seizured to our knowledge since. He is a good dog and loves playing and loves people. He can be a little temperamental toward other male dogs. He was fine around the females we tried him with. He weighs 56 pounds. We do know he has a history of killing chickens and he has gone after the shelter cats so cats are a no no. We believe he may be at least 4-5 years old. HE IS HEARTWORM POSITIVE and this will be addressed with the veterinarian on Sat. 2-6 to see what course of treatment he recommends. His $71 adoption fee covers his neuter and his vaccinations.

ID No. 313 Available 2-2-16 to adopt or rescue.
