My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Cute as a button and weighs only 4 pounds at this time (6 weeks old). Posted 2-5-16 and not available for adoption until February 20, when she reaches 8.5 weeks of age and her second vaccine. Please do not call to ask if she is available for adoption and communicate exclusively via email. Applications will be accepted through February 16 and is based on best match not first come first served. Relinquished By her owner, the mother is a Sheltie and the father a Jack Russell mix. Adoption donation includes four sets of puppy vaccines for distemper/parvo, two sets Bordetella (kennel cough) de-working and fecal testing for worms and parasites as well as any related meds . At 16 weeks the cost of spay, rabies vaccine & microchip included . If you are interested in meeting any Poochmatch dog at our weekly adoption event on Saturdays at the Petsmart in Yorba Linda, CA (5521 Mirage St.) between noon and 4 pm, please fill out an application from our website, poochmatch.com, and return it via email to poochmatch@hotmail.com no later than 11 AM on Fridays. Due to the high volume of dogs and puppies in our foster homes, it is impossible to bring them all every Saturday. The only way to ensure that the dog that you are interested in will be at the adoption event is to FILL OUT AN APPLICATION. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that the dog you are interested in will be at our adoption event. If you cannot make the time frame of our events, appointments can be made at another time and location solely at the discretion of the foster mom.

All adoption fees cover the mandatory and non-negotiable spay/neuter, rabies, microchip, necessary vaccinations, fecal testing and deworming. Adoption fees vary solely based on age and size.
