Archy's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, a special needs pet, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Archy's Story...
Up for adoption: Archy. He's up for adoption in Texas.

He's a gem of a guy! Archy is good with other dogs and ok with cats he will chase them if they run but will not go after them.

Archy has a lot of energy still in him and would be best with another dog or kids to play with. He is a typical lab and loves water and rolling in the mud.

Archy is "zuetered" instead of neutered, but the results are the same. He's fully vaccinated and micro-chipped. He has a slight heart murmur but that isn't slowing this guy down. He's about two years old.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Archy, a Austin Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Austin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
