Caesar is a neutered l Blue Point Siamese mix male. Born in 2015.

Caesar was brought to RCCR by Citrus Heights Animal Services. He is a very loving cat! He rolls over for tummy rubs! He has not been around dogs, so we do not know what he thinks about them.
