Hello, I’m Dame Helen, a notoriously frank and uncensored kitty lady. I was found trying to survive on the streets and rescued by some nice people who couldn’t keep me. How could someone possibly leave a sweet kitty like me out in the cold, all alone and starving?

I’m a dignified little old lady cat who just wants to lie next to you on a cold winter’s night, purring my little whiskers off. A warm place to sleep, a clean litter box and some nice food are all I ask for.

Now that I know I'm loved, I’m catching up fast, putting on weight with my lovely fur coat starting to shine again. I’m on a special diet to help my kidneys last a little longer, as I’ve had such a hard life so far. You can bet I still have a lot of love to give, though!

I can be adopted for the special senior rate of $60, which includes my virus test, vaccinations, microchip, food & litter starter kit, a month of free insurance and a free vet visit voucher.
