Carmel is a female Beagle/Spaniel mix approximately 2 years in age. She is a sturdy girl, weighing 16 pounds full grown. Carmel has a soft golden medium length coat with caramel colored ears. She is a kind soul, friendly and easily adaptable to almost any environment. Carmel likes to be with people and is sweetly attentive without being demanding. She has a polite way about her and has excellent manners in the home. She is good with children and her affectionate, loving nature has a very comforting quality about it. Carmel is trustworthy and a gentle dog. She has a good amount of energy for long walks or playtime in the backyard, but she can just as easily curl up on the couch with you for a lazy, quiet day at home. Carmel sleeps soundly through the night and understands the ways of the household. She walks well on leash and is good in public. Carmel loves car rides and is happiest when she is sitting co-pilot with her people. She is good with other dogs, but doesn't need another dog in the home to feel secure. Carmel was rescued from a very high-volume/high-kill shelter where she was brought in stray. She is in very good health and should make an outstanding choice for a family pet and companion. Carmel is ready for her new forever home today!
Carmel’s adoption donation is $425 (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). She has been SPAYED, MICROCHIPPED, VACCINATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is her collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of her records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
