Taylor's Story...
Hi my name is Taylor, whats yours? I was turned into the county shelter by my "family" along with my sisters. My family said my mommy had an "unwanted litter" and took us away from her. Lucky for us st francis came to our rescue. Im super cute and the most out going of all my sisters, Im the first to check things out. Playing with toys is one of my favorite things to do, my next favorite thing is snuggles when Im all tuckered out. I would love a home with one of my sisters, if thats not possible I would love for there to already be a kitty at home I can play with. Hope to meet you soon! Love, Taylor

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taylor, a Tampa Domestic Shorthair kitten was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Tampa, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair kitten from a breeder in Tampa.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Tampa already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Tampa breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Tampa paves the way for another one to be saved.
