My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Dandy is an adorable terrier mix who is an absolute sweetheart. She is about 3 years old and about 20 pounds. Dandy is extremely well-behaved and goes to the bathroom on potty pads as well as outside. She will occasionally howl when left alone, she sounds like an ambulance and it only lasts a few minutes at most. She does well with the other dogs in her house.

She's doesn’t like loud noises, sudden movements but is learning to face her fears. This is why she should not live with young children. With patience and a quiet home she will come out of her shell more. Once she warms up to you, you will surely fall in love with her when she starts following you around and asking for love and attention.

Dandy does well in the car and on the leash and really is the perfect dog for a more mellow household. She likes her todays and to snuggle with you. Night finds her in her bed, though she would prefer yours, where she sleeps all night through. This sweetheart is a wonderful little girl who has a lot of love to give

She needs a quiet home without young children or energetic dogs to feel safe and comfortable. Female children 16 and up would be ok for her. If you think you could give Dandy a forever home and give her the love and attention she deserves but didn't have before, please let us know! Dandy would prefer a household with another dog or her people are around a lot. She wouldn’t do well left alone for a whole work day.

Dandies adoption fee is $250 and she is being fostered in Fremont, CA

All our dogs are in private foster homes and arrangements to meet our dogs occur after an application has been received.
