Meet Eric, this fella is guessed to be about 6-7 years of age and a black lab mix. He has been with the rescue for two years looking for his forever place. Currently in foster he is able to bloom and we finally see his personality. He is an old guy with little care for the young types that are in his face too much so it is best he is not placed with anyone young and rambunctious. He is great with dogs his size though, no cats for this guy as he loves to chase them. He still has a bit of energy, but will not be running any marathons any time soon. Eric is about 65-70 pounds (due to some vanity weight he can afford to lose LOL), knee height, and is house broken. He can be a bit stubborn in his old age so it is best his adopters do not expect too many tricks out of him. This old guy just needs a place to retire and spend the rest of his days relaxing. He is neutered, UTD on shots, and microchipped. We would love to see him placed in that forever home before Christmas please help us find that place by sharing! If you are interested in Eric please complete the adoption application located on katesrescue.org by downloading and saving it as a word document. After completed it can be emailed to us @ firstname.lastname@example.org with “Eric” as the header.
