Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Ava was all alone struggling to survive along with her five puppies. She scoped out a home and the lady that lived there and visited her. The lady said she would show up and she would give her food until one day she brought her five babies to her. Our smart and wonderful mama Ava sought out someone she could trust with her babies. Luckily for her she went to the right place, and now we can ensure her family forever homes.
Sweet Ava is approximately 2-3 years old, very sweet and docile and no less than 40 pounds. She absolutely knows she has been rescued along with her babies and is grateful we are taking care of her babies. She has shown us affection in spite of all she has been through. She has learned to trust people again and doesn’t have an ounce of aggression in her body. She walks fairly well on a leash and doesn't seem to have a whole lot of energy balled up, so she is a mild mannered dog with an easy going personality. She does suffer from anxiety when getting in a car, so she will need help to overcome that. She usually buries her head in the corner of the crate and breaths heavily until she falls asleep. She is house broken and crate trained and can be trusted in the house. She is very smart and is learning cues not to get on furniture or jump up on you when she is very excited. Ava is heart worm negative, up-to-date on her vaccinations and will be spayed. Ava will make an amazing companion and deserves a wonderful life!!
