"Are you looking for a dog who'll fill your heart with love? Maybe I'm just the dog you're searching for. My name is LEXI, and I'm a warmhearted pit bull/ Boxer mix with a sweet and affectionate disposition. When you look into my eyes, you'll get a warm, happy feeling. Isn't that what life is all about? I'm just one year old, so I love to play and romp around the yard. I'm a well-behaved people-pleaser, I'll sit on command, and I walk nicely on a leash. I'll need a yard at my new home, and I'll do best with a daily walk. You'll be proud to have a cute and friendly gal like me by your side when we go on our walks. I like everyone, and I'd be a wonderful family pet. I like to play with other dogs who are my size or bigger; I'd be a bit much for a small dog. I've already been house trained, and I'd want to have my own comfy dog bed inside the house so I can spend time with my people. Won't you please come visit me at the El Cajon Animal Shelter? They've got a great play yard here where we can get to know each other better. Please come right away. I miss having a person to snuggle, and I do love to snuggle. Love, Lexi"
