Kenny comes to us from a family who took him in as young puppy from their friends who were breeders. They bred mini aussie's and chocolate labs, and well you can see what happened by accident. Unfortunately, the family was ill equipped to handle, train or manage a puppy, and he quickly became what puppies become. So, they put him outside. They reached out to us, because they wanted more for him. We are looking for a new family for him that will understand and love him for who is today, and for what he will become. He is about a year old and weighs probably 40 pounds. He is being crate trained now, and is doing well. He gets along well with other dogs. He can be shy and evasive at first, so he will need time to warm up - and he does. He is scheduled for neutering on the 24th-he can be adopted before, as long as you will transport him. If you would like to give Kenny the life he deserves to have, please let us know. We know his future is bright, and can't wait for him to find it!
As part of your adoption package, each dog will be fully vaccinated (Da2PP, Rabies), have a microchip (with lifetime registration), and be spayed/neutered. If the dog is not spayed or neutered at time of adoption, the adopter will be responsible to transport the dog, to and from dropoff/pickup point. Each dog will receive 6 mths of heartworm preventative medication. You will receive a free bag of premium dog food, and a gift card from Choice Pet Market. Each of our dogs comes with 4 training classes that are mandatory to attend. These classes take place at Choice Pet Market in Chandler on a Tues or Wed evening from 6-7 pm, and will be scheduled after adoption.
