My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Misty was rescued from a busy highway by a group of children, and brought to the animal shelter when they couldn't find her home. No one has looked for her since we've had her. She might have been out bird hunting with her person and gotten lost, but where are they? Misty seems to be used to a kennel, or a house, rides well in a vehicle, knows some obedience and gets along well with other dogs. She loves kids, and seems to be pretty well adjusted for a dog possibly thrown away. She looks to be a German Shorthair/Brittany mix, about 3-4 yrs old,and micro-chipped, but no one bothered to register her chip. Misty is looking for another home that would notice if she was lost. We are located just outside Silver City NM and can help with transport.
