Meet Frank. Frank is a happy, sweet 2 year old boy. He's new to our rescue but he settling in well in his new foster home. He loves to go on walks and run and play at the dog park but he is also content just hanging out with his human. He gets along well with other dogs, both big and small. More information will be added as we get to know him better.
