My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Lexi is a 4 month old female Doberman puppy we took in after seeing pictures of her on craigslist being sold with very bowed front legs. Her owner surrendered her after talking with her. She has Hypertropic Osteodystrophy which occurs in the front legs of Large Breed puppies who grow too fast due to poor nutrition. She has seen a specialist and Lexi is defiantly doing great and recovering nicely. Both legs are nice and straight now. She can now just enjoy being a puppy, she is fed a large breed puppy food to help her bones grow at the right pace. Lexi is house and crate trained and is good with dogs, kids and cats. She knows sit, down, stay and some other commands as her foster mom works with her daily. She is also good on the leash. She is fostered in Belton, Texas.
