My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Paris. I’m a little (6 lbs.) long-haired Chihuahua that spent 7 years in a puppy mill, and am finally free and can now begin the best part of my life. I have a wonderful laid back personality and after all I’ve been through, I still have a very cute bounce to my step. I can’t hear anymore, and I have some unusual behaviors as a result of being in a cage for so long. I love to be outside, so I will definitely need a fenced or secure area to keep me safe. I’m looking for someone to give me a fur-ever home filled with love and understanding so I can develop the trust I’ll need to continue to heal. I have been learning about being in a home with other dogs, sleeping on a warm blanket, eating from my own dish, and going potty outside. There’s so many things to learn, and I’m up for the challenge. Paris’s bio will be updated as she continues to learn in her foster home. Paris is up to date on all her shots, is heartworm negative, on heartworm preventative, has had a dental, is de-wormed and microchipped. Paris’ adoption fee is $250. She would do best in a home without very young children. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS.
