Ricardo's Story...
My name is Ricardo. I was dumped outside Angel's Vet clinic. I was understandably quite upset with the predicament I found myself in. I have come to realize that as awful as it was to be abandoned by my people maybe there is a bright side to this ordeal. If they weren't able to care for me and give me the love and attention I deserve then now I at least have the chance of finding that in a new home. I am a handsome guy with big round beautiful eyes. I am quiet, unassuming and patiently wait for the volunteers to pet and love on me. As the saying goes, one person's trash is another person's treasure. Although I don't consider myself trash I could be your treasure. Everyone deserves to be treasured.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ricardo, a Savannah Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Savannah, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Savannah.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Savannah already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Savannah breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Savannah paves the way for another one to be saved.
