Rosa and her son lived with a gentleman who could not afford to keep them. He turned them over to a shelter and the shelter called Planned PEThood requesting us to rescue these sweet cats. ROSA is a sweet beautiful girl who like nothing better to sit on your lap and purr loudly. She enjoys sitting in a cat tree and looking out of the window seeing the birds and squirrels. Dogs are NOT her friend and would like to be in a dog free house.

Rosa is spayed, has tested negative for FIV and Feline Leukemia, has a microchip and is up to date on her shots. The fee to adopt (cats name) is $ 90.00

Planned PEThood hosts adoption events each week end at several locations. You can meet Rosa on Saturday at the (John's Creek Petsmart (Corner of McGinnis Ferry Road and Peachtree Parkway in Suwanee

We are a network of foster homes that care for cats and dogs that are stray or abandoned, given up for adoption, and born of unspayed cats and dogs. Our rescue is a division of Planned PEThood of Georiga, Inc. which operates as a spay/neuter clinic.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We occupy the in-store Adoption Center at the PetSmart in Johns Creek, Georgia (Medlock Bridge Road and McGinnis Ferry Road). the PetSmart on Lawrenceville/Suwanee Road in Lawrenceville, Georgia; and at the Petco store in Buford, across the street from the Mall of Georgia. Planned PEThood of Georgia holds adoptions on Saturdays from 11am to 4pm. Cats and dogs found on this web site can be seen during the week by appointment.

Our Adoption Process...

Prospective adopters are required to fill out an application asking if everyone in the household is in agreement to adopting a pet, ages of household members, other pets in household, and where the animal will stay. References are required. All of our pets are spayed or neutered, up-to-date on their vaccinations, tested for diseases, and microchipped. Our adoption fee is $120 for a kitten ($200 for two), $90 for a cat older than 4 months; and $175 for a dog.
