Kelly is a stunning - but very shy - all black 'mini house panther' who has been in foster care for over a year. Kelly was rescued on the day she was scheduled to be euthanized at a high kill shelter. She had just given birth to a litter of kittens who were taken from her, so she has a good reason to be cautious with people when she meets them.

We are looking for that special person who is willing and able to give Kelly what she needs. It may just be a cozy bed of very her own where she can nap and have happy kitty dreams. Or maybe a favorite window where she can watch the world go by.

With enough time, we believe Kelly will come out of her shell and she will learn how to love. And, the love of a formerly frightened kitty is one of the magical rewards of rescue. Could you be the one to help Kelly learn how to love?
