Ted's Story...
Name is Ted! Sometimes my foster mom calls me Teddy Bear because Im so soft. I'm about 5 or 6 months old and 30ish pounds. I love other dogs as I'm being fostered with 3 other dogs and I dont really care to much about the cats. I walk like a perfect angel on a leash. Ive never had an accident in the house so you can say I'm 99.9% potty trained. I will sit for you and do shake for a treat or even my favorite toy! When you put me in a crate ill cry for about 16 seconds then fall asleep or chew on my bone. I love the snow so would love some one to do out door stuff with me and take me for hikes! I have huge paws so need a new family who will understand how to train me and make sure they understand how big I will be! Can you be my forever family for Easter?

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ted, a Media Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Media, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Media.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Media already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Media breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Media paves the way for another one to be saved.
