Candy's Story...
Candy came to us in terrible shape with matted fur so bad she couldn't see through the fur in front of her eyes. She has made a total transformation. Since we had her groomed we noticed she was blind in her right eye, but that doesn't stop her from fetching a ball and bringing it right back to your hand over and over again. She has a spunky temperament, and enjoys playing with toys and being able to be a dog again. We found out when she was spayed and had a dental that she has had a broken pelvis and leg before (possibly hit by a car) that has mended some time ago so one of her femur bone is shorter than the other. She has no limitations like walking, running, or going up and down stairs. Candy is very affectionate and totally loves to be the center of attention, and would probably an excellent match for a family with not other dogs. This precious girl is crate trained, potty trained, gets along good with cats, and okay with other dogs, has been spayed, up to date on vaccines, heart worm test negative, and has a microchip.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Candy, a Yadkinville Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) for sale in Yadkinville, or seeking a Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) dog from a breeder in Yadkinville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Yadkinville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Yadkinville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) breeders who help with Poodle (Toy or Tea Cup) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Yadkinville paves the way for another one to be saved.
