Puppy Conan's Story...
Up for adoption: The gorgeous Puppy Conan!

He can be adopted in Texas.

This boy is lovely and he's a spunky "talker" too, he loves to communicate!
He is solid white with hazel eyes, stunning looking! He is so pink and light colored he may have to stay out of the sun-- even wear sunscreen when he is outside just as a precaution.

Conan has had a slight problem with a 3rd eye lid he was born with BUT.....he did grow out of it a couple weeks ago, it came back and now it seems to be gone again. This is probably going to be the pattern with this eye as he grows up. Once he's more mature (1-2 years) if he has not permanently grown out of the problem he may require a procedure to fix it. Right now his foster mom puts ointment in that eye every night to keep him comfortable.

He may have a couple extra issues but he's so worth any additional effort

He is about 13 weeks old.

If you'd like to adopt him apply at www.luckylabrescue.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Puppy Conan, a Austin Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Austin, or seeking a Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Austin.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Austin already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Austin breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Austin paves the way for another one to be saved.
