Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mason's foster mom says he is FUN! Mason is 18 months - 2 years of age. He still has some puppy left in him, but is house trained and crate trained.
He loves to play the chase game with the other dogs in his foster home. In fact, he will play any doggie game. Mason would be a great candidate for doggie day care or a local dog park. He would also be a great addition to another dog(s) in your home.
He is a Lab mix with what looks like Border Collie. He has an unique feature of "crew cut fur" on his back end. Mason is about 50 pounds and has a very lean body. He has the most intense golden eyes!
He is considered medium energy, so he would enjoy daily walks or hikes with you. He easily calms once inside.
Mason is interested in the cats in his foster home, but listens when re-directed away from them.
Mason would benefit from obedience classes. He is treat motivated and should do very well in classes. He will try to pull out of a regular collar and leash, so a Martingale collar or harness is recommended for this fine boy.
If you feel you could offer this boy a wonderful home, please go to luckylabrescue.com and click on application. Type Mason in the notes section at the bottom of the application.
Mason has been vetted, neutered, wormed, current on vaccinations, microchipped and is on heartworm preventative. He is available for adoption in the midwest and New England.
