My name is North!

Siberian Husky Dog for adoption in Batavia, Ohio - North

I found a new home!
Plenty of my friends are looking
for one too. Find a pet to adopt.

North's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, and up to date with shots.

North's Story...
North is a beautiful purebred husky who was found running loose and never claimed by his owners. She is rather overwhelmed about being in the shelter and is quite shy at this point. She is regal, quiet, and looking for her forever person. With some love and time, she will make an excellent companion dog. Be mindful, this breed needs attention and exercise so we recommend him only to an active adopter who enjoys running, walking, camping etc. Our $75 adoption fee includes: spay/neuter, microchip, HWT, DAPP and Bordetella vaccines, Strongid deworming, and 2015 Clermont County License. Our hours of operation are Mon/Tues 11:30-4, Wed 11:30-6, Thurs CLOSED, Fri 11:30-6, Sat 10-5, Sun 12-5. Call the shelter at 732-8854 for more details. Support our shelter and save a life by adopting!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

North, a Batavia Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Batavia, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Batavia.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Batavia already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Batavia breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Batavia paves the way for another one to be saved.
