Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Domino came from a high kill shelter where she came in as a stray with terrible demodex. They do have an adoption floor but could not put her on it in her condition. The only chance she had of getting out alive was being rescued. She is only about 3 months old and deserves a chance at a wonderful new home which is why we could not leave her there. She has had some medicated bathes, been eating blue buffalo puppy food and we have given her fish oil everyday with her dinner. She now looks great, still some pink areas on her skin but tested clear with a skin scrape. We did give her a bravecto which does help with mange. Demodex is not contagious, just can take a bit longer for her skin to not look pink. She has all her hair now though and looks wonderful. She loves to play with the other dogs in her foster home. We are working on potty training. She does watch the other dogs going outside and has been doing great in going too. She is fixed, had all age appropriate shots, dewormed a few times, micro chipped and on monthly meds. She is a real snuggle bug and will make a wonderful companion for someone or a family.
