My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Gryffin is a cute little Yorkshire Terrier that is about 8 years old and has lived with his previous owner since he was a puppy. He was showing discomfort with the new grandchild in the home, which is why he is now looking for somewhere else to call home. For this reason he would not be a fit for a home with children. He's house-trained and can hold his bladder for a full workday. He's currently fostering with cats and medium dogs, but has been around large ones as well. For the most part he's fine, though he can be a bit possessive about his space. He is an absolute sweetie that is easy to fall in love with, loves to cuddle and sun himself in the window. He will curl up in a cute little ball to sleep and dance for his walks.
Gryffin was diagnosed with having (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency) whereby his pancreas doesn't work as efficiently as it should. It is very easily managed with a strict vet diet and a daily medication. The cost of the food and medication is fairly affordable (about $3.50/day), and shouldn't be a reason to overlook him. That said, we are looking for an adopter who will be able and willing to deal with potential flareups and his discomfort with children.
