Will & Grace's Story...
Our names are Will & Grace. Aren't we the most gorgeous gentle giants you've ever seen? We are about 2 years old, spay/neutered, and up to date on shots. We were tested for heartworm and we got a low positive. But we are on meds that are keeping that under control. We are VERY bonded. We don't like to be without one another. We love each other, other dogs, and especially kids. We aren't super active dogs, and prefer couch surfing to any kind of outdoor activity. We are big eaters and are eating 3 meals a day to gain weight. We were both found in GA where we were abandoned and starved. We can't understand how anyone could do this since we are practically perfect dogs. Will weights in at 120lbs and needs to gain at least 20lbs. Poor Grace is only 90lbs and needs to gain about 50lbs. Come meet this dynamic duo soon and apply for them at www. muttsmatterrescue.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Will & Grace, a Rockville St. Bernard dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a St. Bernard for sale in Rockville, or seeking a St. Bernard dog from a breeder in Rockville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rockville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rockville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even St. Bernard breeders who help with St. Bernard rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rockville paves the way for another one to be saved.
