Fostered in Frederick, MD
5/18-Update from my foster mommy:Little Daisy is doing well. She is incredibly sweet & just wants to love. I could see her being a good companion for an older woman who'd be home a lot to snuggle with her. She stays right by my side and just wants to be held. She sleeps in bed with me. Hasn't really played with my Daisy & Chewy but she doesn't seem as scared of them anymore. They seem to really like her & are trying to get her to play. She's still not too sure about James but last night she was letting him pet her & she started licking his finger. I take her out around the same times everyday so hopefully that will help. She likes burrowing in the towels in her crate. She goes right in when I leave for work & has not had an accident in the crate. She is also eating dry dog food now mixed with the chicken. And she does well on a leash. I've been walking all 3 dogs together and she does great! Little Daisy is a wonderful dog, she knows her name & listens. She is so tiny and cute.
5/13- Hi-My name is Daisy. I am named that because I am pretty and dainty like the flower. I am 4 years old and weigh about 10lbs. My owner had to turn me into a shelter because they got very sick. It's obvious that I was loved, because I love table scraps and need to lose a couple pounds. But I am like a little butter ball love bug. I am quite, good with other dogs, and will curl in your lap the second you hold me. There is so much about me to love, and it's easy to fall for me.I would love a home without small children since they scare me. I wont' snap or bite, but will run and hide when they are around. I would do great as a companion.
