Tinkerbell's Story...
Chi Terrier Mix

Fostered in Columbia, MD

My name is Tinkerbell. I am a tiny little girl who is just as sweet as I can be!  I am approximately a year old, and weigh a mere 5 lbs. I was rescued out of a high kill shelter in SC. I get along fine with other dogs, and love to be held. I will make a great dog for someone who wants a little, loving, sweet, companion to snuggle and hold. And who wouldn't want that?

My adoption fee is $300, which covers the cost of my neuter, my transport that got me here to safety, and my routine vetting and microchip.

If you can't adopt me, consider sponsoring my care and being a rescue angel. Click on the SPONSOR ME button on our website.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Tinkerbell, a Rockville Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) for sale in Rockville, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) dog from a breeder in Rockville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Rockville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Rockville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Medium) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Rockville paves the way for another one to be saved.
