My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Luke, recently arrived from a high kill shelter in Texas, is an approximate Jack Russell/Corgi/Sheltie mix. He has a lovely coat, lovely color and is a very handsome, one of a kind dog! He offers a vivacious, witty character and is personality plus....super fun to be around, he is very engaging. His house manners are good, he's not much of a barker, and he's great around kids, so would make a very nice family dog :) He's dog tolerant but likes to be your one and only, so while he can transition into a home with an existing dog, we would not recommend him as a playmate for another pet. He's way more into people ;) HIS people, though. Luke can show some typical herding breed funk around strangers....nothing major and he gets over it quickly, but his character is all embracing to those who knows and slightly suspicious of those he doesn't, particularly men.
