Janet's Info...

I am already spayed, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Janet's Story...
Janet is a gorgeous, mellow, sweet 10 year old kitty who was brought to Green Valley Animal Hospital after her owner passed away. She loved hanging out with the staff there, but really wants a home of her own. She is now living at the Cat Cottage and waiting to find a new special family to call her own.
Janet is spayed, micro-chipped, and UTD on her vaccines. She is great with humans of all ages, enjoys the company of other cats, and doesn't appear to mind a dog in her space.
If you are interested in meeting Janet, please visit the Cat Cottage at 1750 S. Rainbow Blvd # 4, open 7 days a week from 10 am to 5 pm.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Janet, a Las Vegas Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
