Freddie's Story...
My name is Freddie and I am a very happy, handsome young man. When I was originally adopted from a shelter 4 years ago they listed me as a Yorkie BUT I may not be a purebred. My favorite things are taking walks and chasing a ball. I am good with most other dogs and most people BUT I am really not used to being around very small children so maybe a home with older children or only adults would be best for me. I really love my foster mom BUT I also really want my own special home. Call Carolyn 239-340-1322 for more information or to make arrangements to meet me.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Cairn Terrier/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Fort Myers, or seeking a Cairn Terrier/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Fort Myers.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Fort Myers already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Fort Myers breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Cairn Terrier/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Cairn Terrier/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Fort Myers paves the way for another one to be saved.
