Here's what the humans have to say about me:
WINTER and siblings were born in a veterinarian's office the evening of 12/5/15. At just a few days of age, these babies and their mommy traveled to the most amazing foster home you can possibly imagine! Their foster mom showered the whole family with endless care affection. At 7 weeks of age they were split into pairs and traveled to different foster homes for more individualized attention. All the foster parents say these babies are well adjusted, loving, fun, and way ahead of the potty training curve for pups their age (thanks to living with their mommy). WINTER and siblings have all been socialized with children and other dogs. They are going to make great additions to any family looking for a cuddly and playful new family member.
WINTER will be microchipped and vaccinated as many times as age will allow before arriving to his forever home.
His $450 adoption fee includes interstate health certificate and transport New England.
An adoption application on WINTER can be found at the following link: http://wp.me/P73YMd-1h
Please email the completed application to kate.woofriver@gmail.com
All of our dogs start their journey in Tennessee where they remain in loving foster families until they are adopted. Once adopted, they travel via one of our transport partners to their new forever homes. We use Alpha Dog Pet Transport for our New England, Nashville, and Knoxville adoptions (https://alphadogtransport.com) and The Road Home Pet Transport for our Midwest adopters (https://www.facebook.com/roadhomepettransport).
Breed selection is done in conjunction with two local vets and is not to be considered a guarantee but rather a well-educated decision from well qualified staff.
Due to the extremely high volume of inquiries we receive, we ask that you request, complete, and submit an application before asking additional questions. We try very hard to include all pertinent information in our bios. We are excited to help you find your new family member. However, Woof River is 100% volunteer operated. We want to spend our time saving dogs and assisting those adopters who have taken the time to complete an application. Thank you for understanding.
