Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Doesn't let being deaf and blind slow her down one bit!
Eleanor is one amazing cat to be around! This gorgeous gal will fill you with such a sense of what is truly possible in the world. That is because Eleanor is deaf and blind but she doesn't pay that no never mind. It became clear that Eleanor had no interest in being cooped up in a kennel just because of a little ol' thing like not being able to see or hear. Much like Eleanor Roosevelt, this Eleanor is also of a mind that "you have to accept whatever comes and the only important thing is that you meet it with courage and with the best that you have to give."
She can find her way gracefully to the end of a desk, hop down and explore and map out the space, then find a human to tap with her paws and let them know she is ready to be placed back into her lounging space. She is laid-back and happy as a clam and meets each new experience with courage and indomitable optimism. She's a can-do gal and she is going to make damn sure she can do everything her purring heart desires. If you are ready to be inspired and awed and fall in love, come and meet lovely Eleanor. Spoiler alert - your life may be forever transformed for the better by her!
