Belle's Story...
Belle is an affectionate 18 month old Shepard mix who is looking for her forever home. When going on walks she is gentle with the dogs she encounters and she doesn't pull on the leash. She loves to play with kids and give them kisses. Belle enjoys chewing bones and her toys. When home alone she should be in her crate because she might chew on things. Belle loves to take naps and cuddle on the couch with her human friends. Belle learned the sit command very quickly. When she is excited or happy she comes towards you while shaking her head in the most adorable way. Belle doesn't bark but whimpers for a few minutes when people leave the house. While waiting for her human friend/s to return she likes to look out the window. Belle is learning about housetraining in her foster home and will likely need some reminders once adopted. Please visit our website to complete an application for a potential adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Belle, a Hainesville Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Shepherd (Unknown Type) for sale in Hainesville, or seeking a Shepherd (Unknown Type) dog from a breeder in Hainesville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Hainesville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Hainesville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Shepherd (Unknown Type) breeders who help with Shepherd (Unknown Type) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Hainesville paves the way for another one to be saved.
