My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

HELP! We were evicted from our home in Athens, GA! Please help us find a new home! These sweet boys are kinda confused. They ended up at Animal Control when their owner was evicted from her apartment and hospitalized (the nasty kind of eviction where belongings are tossed onto the curb). Because they are cats that Campus Cats helped the owner with in the past (she found them as kittens and we paid for their neuters and other vet care so she could keep them) we sprung them from "jail" as soon as their hold time was up. We promised them and their Mom we would not let anything bad happen to them. Now they need a new home or a foster home while they wait for a new home. Taipan (black) is 5 and Billy (tabby) is 3. They are very attached to one another and need to stay together. They take a little while to warm up to new people, but are very social once they do (only took a few hours). They would be fine with other cats as long as the other cats are not aggressive. This week they spent a couple spa days at Good Hands Vet so they could get their vaccinations up to date, have combo tests (negative), and get caught up on flea and worm treatments.
