My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Odie is approx 1 year old and 57 lbs. We think he looks like a bearded collie/dutch sheepdog mix .. He is just a big bouncy puppy with a really sweet disposition and just as friendly as can be. He loves everyone and just wants to run and play with the other dogs. He will need regular grooming as he has a thick and fairly long coat. He has been treated for heart worms and has completed the required set of injections, we usually find the dogs test negative after 4 months as he is young and with a light infection. He has also been started on a monthly heart worm preventative.. He will need some puppy training and also some house training.


If you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA vet. We will go over all fees with you via email.
