Willow was released from a commercial breeder at 7 yrs old. She is totally blind. Has been spayed, microchipped and is up to date on vaccines es. Willow is not any way near being house trained. Does not at this time want to be picked up or touched. She responds to my voice as she will tilt her head when I talk to her. She has come a long way though since coming into rescue. She no longer sits in the same spot with her head hanging down. She has learned to navigate the main part of the house and she LOVES her food. Patience and a lot of positive reinforcement will be needed for this precious girl to come out of her shell. Willow is spayed, up to date with shots, microchipped, HW negative and on monthly prevention. She is a sweet girl and just needs some loving! If interested in Willow, go to and submit an application. NO PHONE CALLS!

Adoption donation is $200

About Hubbards Hounds Dog Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

The rescue was started in 2008 and we are dedicated to providing shelter dogs, puppy mill dogs, and owner turn-ins a second chance at a good life. Director Susan Hubbard will do everything possible to ensure the care of a dog. I own 3 rescue dogs and a rescued cat, all adopted from rescues or shelters. Every dog is important and the right home is out there for all of them! "Saving one dog at a time"

Come Meet Our Pets...

We don't have a kennel, meeting a dog can be arranged by appointment once an application has been submitted and approved.

Our Adoption Process...

This rescue group does have a contract and donation requirement to adopt a dog. This helps us to ensure the dogs safety for the remainder of his/her life and to continue to rescue dogs in need to rehome them. An applicaton must be filled out on our website, references checked, an interview done and a home visit check.
