Important Note

Lily is best friends with Piper. Please adopt both of them so they can stay together!
Lily and Piper lived together for six years with a human who could no longer care for them - and brought them to C.A.R.E. Although they were both very shy, they have adjusted and are ready for a forever and ever home. Is that with you?

About Critter Adoption and Rescue Effort (CARE)

About Our Shelter...

We are a small, all volunteer and no-kill shelter with room for between 40-60 dogs and cats. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate and adopt homeless, abandoned, abused and relinquished animals and to operate a low cost spay-neuter clinic for low income residents. We have a 3 acre property with inside and outside kennel space and have 3 large dog play areas adjacent to the outside kennels. Our cattery consists of 3 large open bay rooms where cats are separated by age and allowed to roam free in the rooms and on their adjacent screened porches.
