My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Can you say adorable? These tiny little guys are simply precious! They are super sweet, playful and such a happy boys! They love people and really love attention. They get along very well with other dogs and they are good around the cats too. Since they are a bonded pair and have been together since birth, I want to adopt them out together. The previous owners didn’t have time for them and left them in a crate for the majority of time. When weather permits, they love to run around the yard and the barn area and explore. I have had them since Christmas and they have adapted wonderfully to their new surroundings and my routine. Haiku (looks more like a Poodle) is the more submissive and Ruff is the more dominant of the two. Haiku’s hair was so matted that we had to clip him down short, but he has very soft Poodle hair and it will grow long. Ruff (looks more like a Yorkie) has very soft Yorkie type hair. Their mother was a chocolate Toy Poodle and their Dad was a Yorkie. They are one year old and both of them weigh 5 pounds. They have been neutered, 4DX heartworm tested, micro-chipped, fecal tested, current on all vaccines, worming, heartworm and flea prevention. The adoption fee for the pair is $750. If you would like to see pictures of them separately go to Friends of Gibson County Animals Facebook page, click on photos and click on the album entitled “FOGCA Available Dogs”. The reason Haiku is laying down in the pictures is that he was mad at me LOL. He DID NOT like having his picture made and didn’t want to stand still, so I hurt his feelings just a little.

They are being fostered in Tennessee. Once adopted they will be transported to their pickup location by a professional dog transport company. Our rescue ships to the New England area every week and their fee does include transportation. Due to state laws, we do not adopt to Maine residents.
