I am a two year old Bully Breed mix. I first came to the shelter as a stray. A kind soul found me roaming the streets and brought me to the shelter for my safety. That also means that my past is unknown,
I got some bad news after my health exam. I tested positive for heartworms. Sheltered Paws made sure I got the medication that I needed to kill those darn things. I am now a healthy worm free dog. I had to spend so much time confined while being treated that I tend to be shy. It may take me a little time to come out of my shell. A loving home will help.
At least here at the shelter I have my basic needs met, like food and water plus a roof over my head. However, I am longing to find my forever home and a family to love. I have plenty of love to give. Do you have room in your heart and your home for me?? Come and have a meet-n-greet with me.
I am a young lady at heart. I have been checked out by a veterinarian and spayed. I received a set of preventative shots and have been wormed. I have tested negative for heartworms. I have also been microchipped.
I am being sponsored by Sheltered Paws Dog Rescue. That means they are providing you with a getting started Goodie Bag when you adopt me. The bag contains a collar, leash, ID tag, training DVD, CD with helpful articles, booklet with training information, toy, and treats. You will receive a Rebate Certificate that can be used towards payment of a training course with the trainer of your choice.
