Kia is ready for adoption!

Kia is a healthy 8 year old Pit Bull type dog. She is up to date on shots and spayed. She is dog selective but LOVES all people. No cats. She is medium energy, crate trained, house broken and fine being left alone for the work day.

Back story: Kia hasn't had the easiest life. She was rescued over the winter from a pretty neglectful situation. She was starving and covered in sores after living for who knows how long on a chain. Despite what she had gone through she is still the sweetest dog who craves human attention like your typical bull breed. Her sores have healed and she has gained weight. All she needs is her forever home. Even if you can not adopt Kia please share her around as maybe someone you know is looking for their perfect dog.

If interested in Kia, please email caredogvolunteers@gmail.com!

Eligible for Senior for Senior Program. Available for a reduced adoption fee for seniors over age 55.

All dogs are in foster homes in MA and not at the shelter in Acushnet. Please call or email for information on location.
