Here's what the humans have to say about me:
AYDAH - Spitz mix, female, 2 years old. Aydah is very smart and easy to train, playful and energetic. She will need a confident owner to help her feel secure and happy. She's athletic with lots of energy, but once her exercise needs have been met, she can lie on her bed calmly for hours. Aydah represents the independent spirit of the Spitz and is not much of a cuddler, more of a doer. She loves to play ball and could make a great frisbee or agility dog. She's crate trained and housebroken, and her foster mom says she's one of the smartest dogs she has ever worked with and would do really well with someone who would like to do a high level of training. Aydah will require a home that understands her needs and can provide structure and plenty of exercise and activities. She should not be placed in a home with children, as their busy activities and friends in and out are overwhelming to her. Aydah does well with other dogs with a proper introduction, especially males. She cannot live with cats
** If you are interested in adopting this dog, you must first complete an adoption application at http://peppertree.org/adoptapp.php. Or visit our site (http://peppertree.org/adoptlist.php) and learn about other Peppertree dogs. *Note: visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable so for most of the dogs we are only guessing at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each dog as an individual and will do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not by breed label.
