Fresno's Story...
Fresno is gorgeous and the picture does not do him justice! We will be updating his picture as soon as possible. He is approximately 18 months old. He was hours away from being uthanized when we found out about him and pulled him. In his new foster home he has been around children and other dogs and is doing great, but has not been temperment tested around cats yet. He is housebroken and so far not destructive. Like most Siberians!

After getting Fresno to rescue he tested positive for heartworms. He has now been treated and is ready to find his forever home.

He has been completely vetted; neutered, 7/1 vaccine from the shelter and now a booster 7/1, lime vaccine, bordetello vaccine, rabies & tag, microchip & tag, 30 days of pet insurance, heartworm tested again after the completion of his treatment, fecal tested negative, dewormed, nails trimmed, ears cleaned and groomed.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Fresno, a Memphis Siberian Husky dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Siberian Husky for sale in Memphis, or seeking a Siberian Husky dog from a breeder in Memphis.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Memphis already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Memphis breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Siberian Husky breeders who help with Siberian Husky rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Memphis paves the way for another one to be saved.
