Becca has been adopted! -- Please look at our other Rat Terriers awaiting homes!


Becca is a 12-lb. energetic Rat Terrier who is around 1 year old. She is skittish, but is getting better every day. She is doing well with house training and would do best on a regular potty schedule. She sleeps in her crate at night. She gets along with her foster dog sisters and seemed to be good with cats. She is learning to walk on a leash (she is a bit skittish when we put her halter on) and once she's outside, she enjoys the neighborhood smells. Becca's favorite thing to do is to play ball. She will tire you out, then continue to play by herself. In addition to balls, she will also play with any other dog toy available to her. She does not seem to be possessive of food or toys. We are not sure how Becca will be with children, but we think because of her sweet personality, she would be fine. Once Becca tires out, she loves to be with you and will lay next to you or on your lap for a nap. She is looking forward to having a family to love her.
