Lucy is sweet affectionate cat who enjoys spending her time watching out windows, sleeping in soft plush beds and being pet. She loves humans, she doesnt care much for other cats, if she were to go to a home with cats she would need a slow introduction as she doesnt appreciate cats getting too close to her. She is pretty quiet and has a soft sweet voice when she is requesting some affection. She would do great with plenty of surfaces to stretch and scratch.  Lucy is estimated to be 3 years old.

Lucy is altered, up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, microchipped, and am Feline Leukemia and FIV negative.

About Twin Cities Pet Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

Twin Cities Pet Rescue (TCPR) is a small, 501c3 nonprofit, companion animal rescue organization. TCPR does not have a facility and is 100% foster-based. TCPR rescues dogs, cats and small animals of all breeds; rescuing them from city impounds, puppy mills, and other situations of abuse and neglect. Once rescued, all animals receive veterinary care ranging from spay/neuter, vaccines, microchips, and basic testing to specialty eye surgeries, pet dermatology care, and various other specialty treatments. Once an animal is rescued by TCPR, it remains in a foster home until adopted, no matter how long that might take.
TCPR often rescues animals that are considered “less adoptable” by other rescue organizations, as they are often the ones overlooked and truly left behind; and in need of the most help. These animals might be overlooked due to their age, health status, special needs or breed. TCPR works to help as many animals in need find their furever families as we can, especially helping those animals that need help most.

Our Adoption Process...

All adopters complete an adoption application. If approved, we arrange a meet and greet. Cats and small animals can be adopted and go home at the time of the meet and greet after the adoption agreement is complete and adoption fee collected (which is variable based on animal type, etc). For dogs, we complete home visits and then finalize the adoption.
