Amy*Adopted's Info...

I am already spayed, purebred, up to date with shots, not good with kids, and good with dogs.

Amy*Adopted's Story...

Amy is a sweet little 12 year old who came from a home where she was loved by one person and abused by the other.  She is very frightened and is timid, but is learning that an outreached hand can mean good things instead of pain. She wants very much to be loved. And she certainly deserves to be!
The sudden change in her circumstances has her a bit bewildered, but she is adjusting.  Amy weighs about 10 pounds. She is spayed and up to date on all her vetting. If you would like to give Amy the chance to heal her wounded heart, she is being loved and cared for in Clarkesville,TN. Put in an application today to make Amy your sweetheart!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Amy*Adopted, a West Harrison Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in West Harrison, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in West Harrison.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in West Harrison already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a West Harrison breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in West Harrison paves the way for another one to be saved.
