My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Betty Boop (affectionately known as 'Butter Butt' from her preferred relaxation position) is a rescue who has overcome many adversities in her 5 years, but it has not slowed her down or broken her spirit.  She is a happy, healthy, loving little girl who has been a little spoiled by her foster mom!  Betty does quite well with house manners if taken out regularly, but has not yet learned to notify you of those needs. She does, however, notify you immediately when she wants a snack, her water bowl freshened or some snuggling.  Betty loves to sleep with her people and will cry to get your attention. She has a calm and gentle spirit. Betty gets along with everyone.

Due to previous injuries, Betty cannot navigate steps and will require assistance in this regard. Her weight must be maintained in the proper range, but she experiences no other limitations in her role as companion and cuddle-buddy. and is healthy.  She would do best in a laid-back home, and absolutely worships her people. If you think Betty Boop may be a good fit for your home, please apply today.  Betty Boop is spayed and up-to-date on all vaccinations, heart-worm protection and parasite preventative.
She is being fostered in Chattanooga,TN.
