Laugh It Up with Drew Carey!

What a little joker! He's a million laughs! Drew loves to play with his tennis ball and will jam the whole thing in his mouth and parade around as if he's saying, 'Look what I can do!' He is 5-7 years old and weighs 10.5 pounds. Drew came to us as a stray and had a severe perineal hernia. It was causing him great distress and disfigured his little bottom, but he has had it corrected surgically and is recovering well. He's had a dental and all his shots so he's ready to entertain you! He has a tendency to hike so will need reinforcement on potty training, but he loves to go outside and hike! He has a very sunny disposition and loves everybody.

Drew is in Chattanooga, TN until his forever family comes to get him.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Drew Carey*Adopted, a Atlanta Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
