Anderson Cooper Makes Big News!

He's a headline maker for sure! Only 2 years old and 6.5 pounds, little Anderson Cooper is big news! This little fellow was found wandering the streets of Memphis and nearly dead from malnutrition. He only weighed 4 pounds! But he has a healthy appetite now and has bounced back! He does have a luxating patella in a back leg that pops when the leg is manipulated, but it doesn't slow him down or cause him any pain. And the best part....he will go to the door when he needs to potty!!

His teeth are very good! He's been fully vetted including a dental and is ready to write his own story with YOU! He is very social with other dogs and likes people. He likes to bark when someone comes in the house so he's a good built-in alarm system, but he settles down quickly. He has his own bed that he loves, and when he's tired and ready to sack-out, he will go get in and root around in his blankies or gets up on the sofa wiggling around in the pillows!

He is eating Life's Abundance food and doing well in Chattanooga.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Anderson Cooper*Adopted, a Atlanta Maltese dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Maltese for sale in Atlanta, or seeking a Maltese dog from a breeder in Atlanta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Atlanta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Atlanta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Maltese breeders who help with Maltese rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Atlanta paves the way for another one to be saved.
